Guilt Free Galouti Kebab Recipe

There’s no guilt in enjoying a delicious galouti kebab dish, especially when it’s prepared with organic, GMO free ingredients. Here’s a simple and easy recipe to get you started:


1 lb ground lamb

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, leaves and stems finely chopped

1 tsp cumin powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet with some olive oil or vegetable oil and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onions, garlic, cilantro, cumin powder, salt and pepper until everything is well combined. Form into 4-5 burgers and set aside on the baking sheet.

3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through (test with a thermometer). Serve immediately! Enjoy!
