- For nachos:
- 4 leftover rotis
- Oil to fry
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- For tomato chutney:
- 3 tomatos
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
