Leftover roti nachos with viral tomato chutney (tomato salsa)

If there’s one dish that screams ‘ SUMMERTIME’ it’s definitely nachos! And what better way to enjoy some delicious nachos than by piling them high with leftovers? In this recipe, we’re using roti and tomatoes to create a tomato salsa that’s sure to be a hit at any party. Simply put everything in a blender, mix together, and you’re ready to serve! Perfect for outdoor entertaining or just an easy weeknight meal, this chutney will have everyone digging in.


  • For nachos:
  • 4 leftover rotis
  • Oil to fry
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • For tomato chutney:
  • 3 tomatos
  • 7-8 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste
