Soybean Shami Kabab Recipe Soybean Kababs are one of the popular veg kababs made with either soybeans or ground beef. Soybeans are a good source of magnesium and fiber, magnesium is responsible for many biochemical reactions in the body while fiber helps keep things moving in the intestines.
Magnesium is also important for sugar metabolism, so adding soybeans to your shami kabab will help to break down complex carbohydrates more easily and improve carbohydrate uptake by the body. There are many variations of soybean shabi kababs, some common ingredients include bell peppers, onion, cucumber or spinach. Some features that distinguish soybean shami kababs from other traditional kababs is that they often have a savory rather than sweet taste, and they can be eaten as a standalone meal or as part of a larger meal.
